Job Category: Marketing & SalesDegree Level: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentJob Description:Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for aSales Planning & Distribution Specialistto join our Marketing & Sales team in our Szentendre office.Responsibilities:What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?Supporting the implementation of the Hungarian NSC and EDM strategy through effective sales planning, order-to-delivery (orderbank and distribution) processes, and comprehensive reporting.

• Monthly sales planning, production, and logistics newsletter preparation and distribution
• Supporting sales planning and assisting sales teams
• Orderbank control: creation, cancellation, modification
• MY change and prioritization management, holds/releases
• Dealer and cross-market tagging coordination
• Liaison with European Direct Markets and HU National Sales Company sales managers
• Database/report/query/table management
• Coordination with production and market contacts for vehicle scheduling
• Collaboration with local Brand Team to resolve failed/infeasible orders
• Managing vehicle pipeline from order to delivery (Hungary, Nordic EDM, Cental Eastern Europe)
• Interface with HU dealers, EDM importers, EU/Turkey customs, FVL Ops
• Cooperation with Ford of Europe Order Fulfilment, Scheduling, Plants, Sales, Product Teams
• Participation in VISTA retail reporting updates
• Handling logistics/customs docs (T1, EUR1, EX)
• Preparing and distributing EDM DH&D cost summaries for PFM and importers
• Daily Orderbank reporting (HU & EDM), regular reporting to Sales, Fleet, Finance, FoE
• Monthly reporting to Finance Ops, Variable Marketing Finance
• Reporting to Ford Credit, ESO on performance, volumes, market share, and activities
• On-the-job training and shadowing

Qualifications:Are we looking for you? Yes, if…

• You have a university or college degree, ideally in economics
• You bring 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
• You have strong analytical thinking and clear, effective communication skills
• You’re proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word – if you know Microsoft Access or Alteryx is an advantage
• You speak and write English confidently and fluently
• You have knowledge of the CEE market, and automotive industry experience is a plus
