Our client, an exciting health food brand is looking for a Field Sales Representative to cover the Dublin
and Leinster area. You will be calling to health food stores and as well as Dunnes, Supervalu and Tesco.Benefits:
Salary €35 – €40K DOE, 10% bonus, annual leave plus bank holidays, and company car/mileage.Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional in-store representation and execution of agreed metrics for the brand portfolio.
• Maximise sales growth opportunities through building strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
• Manage a structured and prioritised call schedule focused on driving territory performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks, always seeking process improvements.
• Provide customer intelligence, market insights, and support on wider projects to the business.
• Drive local implementation of head office agreements to maximise in-store impact.

Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years similar experience.
• Must have an interest in health, fitness and nutrition.
• Full, clean driving licence (essential).
• 3rd level qualification in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to sell using category insights and customer relationships.
• Competent in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
