• University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields)
• Proficient in Excel and advanced reporting tools
• Familiar with CRM systems
• Skilled in data analysis and presentation preparation
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Highly organized, with strong planning and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and global stakeholders
• Fluency in English

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the field sales team’s visits, orders, and route plans
• Coordinate order processes through Android-based mobile applications and CRM systems
• Update pricing lists in the system during campaign periods and resolve pricing discrepancies in collaboration with global teams
• Conduct periodic data analysis for bonus and target tracking, and prepare related presentations
• Analyze sales and visit data using Excel and system reports; provide comparative analysis against global performance
• Track visit reports and ensure route plans are aligned with defined targets
• Communicate with international technical and system development teams to resolve system-related issues
• Prepare, consolidate, and follow up on necessary data for the sales support and promotion teams
• Perform continuous system updates and ensure data accuracy and integrity
