If yes, this opportunity could be for you!Our client, a well-respected Estate Agency are currently seeking a Valuer to conduct valuations in the Fakenham/King’s Lynn area.Our client places a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, understanding that at the heart of estate agency is building meaningful relationships with people.Our client is offering the successful Sales Valuer:

• Competitive basic salary of up to £28,000 DOE
• Realistic OTE of £35,000 (Uncapped)
• Car allowance
• Ongoing training and support

As a Sales Valuer your role will involve:

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local property market
• Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller’s properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales
• Arrange and attend Market Appraisals
• Engage and support clients throughout their journey
• Build relationships with other local professionals with the aim of securing referral work

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role you must have:

• Sales driven with a ‘get up and go’ attitude
• Proactive with a positive approach to business generation
• Essential to have excellent knowledge of the property market including property trends
• Provide excellent customer service
• Polite telephone manner
• Ambitious, target driven and career-minded
• Full UK Driving license​​​​

£28000 per year
