Company DescriptionWe are now looking for a Salesforce Architect for a permanent role to join our Customer/ Sales & Service team in Deloitte Digital Helsinki office helping our clients on developing their front-office experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring their customer and commercial strategies to life and reach their growth and efficiency targets.Join our journey and share your expertise on sales, customer engagement and service digitalization and work with some of the leading organizations in the market. In this role you will advise our clients especially in B2B markets and industrial sector (other industries including e.g., public sector and financial services) with their front-office challenges and act as a technology advisor on how to shape digital architecture and design and build future proof solutions.Job DescriptionAs a Salesforce Architect, you will be:

• acting as an advisor on how to enable and optimize front-office operations (sales, customer engagement and service) through digitalization
• helping our clients to connect business and IT by capturing and converting business requirements and capabilities into technology and architecture requirements and further defining future solutions and development roadmaps
• acting as an architect and technology advisor in close collaboration with our clients’ management, business and technology and architecture key stakeholders
• playing an integral role in building our Sales & Service practice both from business and offering perspectives
• contributing to shaping, selling, and delivering our work in a multidisciplinary setup with local and global colleagues and our partners, across a broad spectrum of industry sectors and leading companies
• forming and fostering relationships with our key client stakeholders and contributing to our external visibility in Finland and within global Deloitte network

QualificationsTo succeed, we believe you should have:

• 5+ years of working experience with Salesforce implementations
• Salesforce domain architect certifications (System and Application Architect)
• excellent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English
• experience in consulting and/or business development through digitalization
• experience of salesforce architecture, in the role of solution architect or technical architect
• experience and understanding of CRM, product management, pricing, marketing, commerce
• understanding of current and future technology trends and the implications to future proof technology and business landscapes such as e-commerce, analytics, cloud platforms, automation
• understanding of integration strategies, integration patterns, technologies to connect Salesforce with different systems
• strong business orientation in architecture and ability to justify proposed technology solutions to the business stakeholders
• experience in delivering technology projects in lead architect role, managing both agile and DevOps ways of working
• ability to work in collaboration with other team members and clients, providing technical leadership and vision as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• analytical mindset, ability to think in a logical and structured way, and ability to be creative in your approach to problem solving
• experience of other digital front-office platforms is seen as a strength (eg. Adobe, Genesys, Oracle CX)
