If yes, then you might be our new colleague as our new Salesforce Business Analyst.About the roleAs a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the Salesforce product lifecycle, conducting comprehensive business analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will focus on ensuring data integrity and driving effective communication between business users and technical teams.Your main responsibilitiesSalesforce Product Management:Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise the Salesforce product roadmapAct as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvementManage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deploymentAgile Business Analysis:Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, identifying gaps, pain points, and areas for optimization across commercial and marketing ops and tech initiativesTranslate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of projectsCross-Functional Collaboration:Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer success, and IT teamsFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and ensure alignment across teamsServe as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understandingData Integrity and Reporting:Develop and maintain data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistencyDesign and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insightsContinuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvementCompleted or studying a Business Analyst qualification (e.g., IIBA or BCS)Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar roleProven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects, including customization and configurationStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working in Scrum or Kanban environmentsAgile Certification desiredExceptional knowledge of JIRA ticketing methodologies and processesSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are highly desirableFamiliarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working with development teamsWho you areYou thrive in a busy and vibrant environmentYou have strong attention to detailYou are eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions and take on new challengesYou are process-oriented and won’t be satisfied if the methodology is inefficientWhat makes you a great matchWe want the best people in our team and we believe that the following traits and experiences are important for becoming successful in this role as Salesforce Developer and it is the basis upon which we assess candidates.
