Your expertise will be crucial in understanding specific requirements and problem statements related to the Salesforce Platform, and in designing solution architectures that address these needs effectively. You will be responsible for evaluating new capabilities that are part of the on-going Salesforce release cycle to feed the Product Teams opportunity for future business innovation. Finally, the System Architect will work closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to deliver solutions that are aligned to the broader architecture guardrails. Lead and participate in planning, defining, developing, and designing product solutions and architectural alternatives. Enable continuous delivery through proper design guidelines. Define and communicate system interfaces, data structures, integrations, cybersecurity considerations, test automation, and deployment approaches. Establish and communicate critical nonfunctional requirements. Consider economic impacts on design decisions. Participate in solution planning, product demos, and inspect-and-adapt events. Plan and develop the architectural runway to support business outcomes. Provide technical oversight, ensuring security, quality, and automation. Negotiate with the business to prioritize nonfunctional work (patching, upgrades, etc), reducing technical debt over time. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or relevant experience. Extensive experience in the software industry: utilizing best practices/principles (test automation, micro- and cloud services), developing enterprise grade and highly scalable applications/distributed systems Several years of experience in the Salesforce space (Cloud: Sales, Service, Experience, Manufacturing), Salesforce certification is an advantage. Solid understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD principles from code check-in through to deployment Knowledgeable working with Agile (Scrum or Kanban), cloud service providers such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as encryption, hashing, certificates, PKIs, Threat Modeling, secure coding, and OWASP. Experience with systems like Jira. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to explain and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences Good judgment, time management, and decision-making skills Patience and empathy when working with developers and testers Experience working with diverse, global cultures, organizations and teams
