Role : Salesforce Scrum MasterLocation : LondonResponsible for understanding and analysing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet the business needs. They act as a liaison between the PRSfM business stakeholders and the Hexaware technical team.1.Hands on experience in Sales and CPQ, Service Cloud.2.Hands on experience in Apex, Triggers, Test classes, Lightning Web Components3.Understand business requirements, and provide work effort and duration estimation4.Creation of Salesforce design and entity models & Configuration5.Provide solution design and Implement changes6.Assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements7.Perform code review , Production support , Incident management, Service Request, Enhancements configurations for salesforce application9.Technical Support for salesforce application11. Status Reporting, Excellent communication skills – written and verbal14.Exposure to Agile methodology would be preferred15.Guidance on Integration and customization, Design Validation, Drive Solution using Configuration16.Integration tools such as MuleSoft , Dell Boomi and Informatica, Proficient in Integration design, patterns, Rest/SOAP API17.Data migration using tools like Data loader, Import wizard18.salesforce Certifications Sales Cloud, CPA, Service Cloud, System and Application Architect certified
