About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Team Lead to oversee and guide our Salesforce team, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives. As the Team Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure our Salesforce platform aligns with business goals, enhances customer experiences, and supports seamless operations.This position is based in our HQ Espoo, Finland.You will
- Team leadership and mentorship:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities within the Salesforce team, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews to support team growth and productivity.
- Project management
- Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of Salesforce-related projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions by managing resources, timelines, and dependencies across projects.
- Salesforce Solution Design and Development
- Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to build, test, and deploy custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other Salesforce components.
- Process Improvement and Best Practices
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices for Salesforce use and implementation.
- Maintain a high standard of data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
- Stay up to date on Salesforce product releases, new features, and emerging best practices to maximize the platform’s value.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and support requests from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, align Salesforce solutions, and provide ongoing support.
- Develop clear communication channels and regularly update stakeholders on project progress, issues, and outcomes.
- System Administration and Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day administration tasks such as user management, permissions, system monitoring, and data backup.
- Ensure the Salesforce platform is up-to-date, reliable, and optimized for performance.
- Proactively identify and resolve any system-related issues to minimize downtime and disruption.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce with successful track record of introducing new capabilities and process improvements.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a technical team with a collaborative and supportive approach.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing projects, including planning, prioritization, and resource management, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Ability to analyze complex requirements, manage data quality, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
