Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional ExperienceUp to 2 years of hands-on experience in software development.Basic software development skills and some development experience with Java, debugging and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of software development methodologies, with possible experience developing scalable and robust software.Ability to thrive in a dynamic agile environment, adapting to changing priorities while remaining outcome focused.Knowledge of Agile methodologies.Ability to understand the big picture.Good collaboration and communication skills.Proficiency in English language.Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Knowledge of DevOps tools and modern engineering practices.Knowledge/experience of the Banking & Financial Services Industry.Proficiency in Finnish language.A security background check may be performed for those selected to Samlink positions, in accordance with the company recruitment guidelines and the Security Clearance Act.Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
