Number of employees: approx. 1’000 – 2’000Key Facts: SAP PSP, SAP MM/PP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration, in Grenchen/home-office.Main tasks:
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing & procurement processes based on S/4HANA best practices
- Ensure optimal system configuration, minimizing custom developments
- Oversee solution development with external partners and ensure quality testing
- Maintain up-to-date solution documentation (functional specs, WRICEF inventory)
- Define and execute unit & integration tests
- Ensure system integration across finance, supply chain, and other applications
- Support cutover planning and solution deployment
- Work closely with finance, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure data consistency
- Support change management, user training, and knowledge transfer to support teams
- Identify and implement process improvements
Your qualifications:
- Experience in SAP PTP (Procure to Pay) as Business Analyst or Product Manager
- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation & rollout expertise
- Solid understanding of manufacturing & procurement processes
- Experience in complex, international projects (luxury industry a plus)
- Strong project management & communication skills
- Fluent in English & French
