SAP BW/4HANA Business AnalystExperis is the global leader in professional resourcing and project-based workforce solutions.Overview of contractOn behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Business Analyst.Location: ZurichStart date: ImmediatelyDuration: 12 months – with possibility of extension/ internalizationKey Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, including process owners, end-users, and senior management.
• Ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
• Analyze existing financial systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate financial tools and platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, trading platforms, risk management tools) to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions that meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration and support.

• Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including business cases, use cases, user stories, and reports, to support project delivery and ongoing operations.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
• Completed training in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S4/HANA
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the finance industry, preferably in investment banking, asset management, or a similar sector
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, instruments, and markets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and financial systems, such as accounting software (SAP S/4HANA), trading platforms, or risk management tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development approaches
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
