Cato Networks is seeking a high-impact SASE GTM Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to accelerate sales execution and improve conversion rates across the EMEA region. In this role, you will serve as a regional product marketing subject matter expert (SME), working closely with sales leadership, sales engineers, and customer success teams to help sellers win faster and more effectively.This field-proximate function is ideal for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of product messaging, technical knowledge, GTM strategy, and seller success. • Accelerate early-stage pipeline-shape campaigns by use-case, vertical, and cross-sell motion; sharpen discovery and qualification assets; and partner with RevOps to curate high-priority account lists.
• Run launch activation for every new feature or release, delivering region-ready messaging, demos, snackable content, and “rolling-thunder” internal webinars that keep the field engaged.
• Equip the field with playbooks-talk tracks, objection handling, competitive angles-and reinforce them through hands-on regional training and accountability checkpoints.
• Provide live deal support and feedback loops by joining weekly Deal-Reg and Pod calls, mining Gong recordings for best practices and gaps, and iterating content accordingly.
• Track impact and optimize-monitor Stage 1 → 2 conversion, win rates, and seller adoption to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, or GTM roles within cybersecurity
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, and Value Selling
• Strong domain expertise in SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security
• Analytical thinker comfortable with funnel analysis, win/loss data, and usage metrics
• Ability to influence across teams and executive stakeholders
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and cross-functional environments
