Job Title: Business Development ManagerRegion: Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway & EstoniaDirectly report to EMEA Sales DirectorLocation: Remote Working and Travel as Business RequiresCompensation& benefits: Competitive salary package based on candidates experience and current salary, Annual Sales Bonus, Car allowance and attractive benefits.Requirements:1. Bachelors degree or above2. Language: English, plus Local language in one of above countries3. Have a profound understanding of local transmission and distribution power grid market.4. Have strong relationship with key decision makers in the T&D market5. Profound understanding of the local TSO market (market size, competition, market trends, etc.)6. Knowledge of local customers, procurement processes, decision making processes, key decision makers, etc.7. Knowledge of project management, marketing methodology, finance and human resources8. Ability to carry out negotiations and technical discussions with engineering departments9. Effective communication in English and local language10. Availability to travel : meetings, audits, factory visit & exhibitionsJob responsibility:1. Responsible for Sales & Business Development in the assigned countries and execute value, mission, vision and strategy of the organization.2. Set up annual Sales Targets and overall Account Plans.3. Achieve sales target including transmission overhead line CICA (Composite insulation cross arm) solution and Shemar T&D insulator products.4. In line with the business strategy, carry out market research, analysis and associated marketing activities.5. Clarify the decision-making chain of the relevant government, industry organizations and target customers and the corresponding personnel.6. Key Stakeholder Development, particularly to be responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with key TSO/DNO decision makers.7.
