We are looking for a skilled Scientific Writer to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for writing, compiling, and reviewing scientific text for applications, reports, presentations, and publications. You will be a key contributor to the scientific and regulatory communication and ensure that all scientific content is accurate and precise.Key responsibilities:

• Compile and write scientific reports, presentations, and publications for research projects.
• Write and maintain monographs for our product portfolio and answer monograph-related questions from internal stakeholders.
• Support various functions within the company by preparing scientific and regulatory texts for industry stakeholders and authorities.
• Stay updated with the latest scientific literature on smokeless tobacco and novel nicotine products.

About you:
The ideal candidate will have documented experience in writing precise, well-structured texts for scientific, regulatory, or legal purposes. Experience in medical writing, the patent industry, or pharmaceutical regulatory functions is highly valued. While knowledge in pharmacology or addiction research is a merit, the ability to write with accuracy and attention to detail is most important. This role requires a methodical, objective approach to writing and will suit someone who excels in producing factual and well-organized content.You will be mentored by our current Scientific Writer and collaborate closely together, where you will focus on writing monographs and scientific publications. You will be part of a highly competent group working close to science in a dynamic and supportive environmentRequirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in the medical, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficient in drafting complex texts, including clinical study reports, regulatory applications or CMC documentation.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Collaborative and capable of working in a social environment.
• Experience with nicotine products and knowledge of addiction research is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sceince or a related field.
• Strong experience in writing precise scientific or legal content.
• Expertise in compiling research data into clear written formats.
• Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
