Then we might be looking for you.In this role, you will work with digitalization and automation across Novonesis’ global Quality Control (QC) laboratories, covering enzyme analytical, microbiological, and chemical methods. You will help design and implement new technologies and systems to increase efficiency and compliance across labs worldwide. Tasks will range from hands-on technical development and digital solution design to complex stakeholder management in global-scale projects.Welcome to Global LIMS, Automation & Digitalization…You will join a team of 20 dedicated colleagues who value high scientific standards, creative thinking, and meaningful collaboration. • Designing and implementing technological solutions in Novonesis’ global QC labs
• Aligning and optimizing the use of instruments and platforms across labs
• Driving automation projects and contributing to sustainable, future-ready workflows
• Supporting compliance in digital systems (including software and instrument validation)

To succeed in this role, you:

• Have a strong interest in lab tech, data, and automation
• Can translate operational lab needs into digital workflows
• Prioritize stakeholder management and follow-through
• Are culturally aware, adaptable, and curious
• Drive change in a structured way

Additionally, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

• A background in microbiology, natural sciences, engineering, and/or data science
• Experience with lab workflows, documentation, and regulatory environments
• Passion for technology, lab robots and automation platforms
• Experience with software development, data analysis and data management
• Hands-on experience from regulated industries such as pharma or food
• Have worked with instrument integration, scheduling, or automation timing
• See the value of documentation and structure
• Familiarity with systems used to support QC lab workflows (fx LIMS, LES, ERP)
• You are a software developer
