We are looking for a Scrum Master with a technical background for our SW development squad(s). The ideal candidate will have the capability to positively challenge the SW development squad(s), fostering psychologically safe environment for continuous improvement and collaborative teamwork. We have started the agile journey with the current setup only couple of years ago, and hence even if much is already in place, there is still a lot to achieve (improvement never stops ). Depending on the candidate background, part of the time can be allocated also for testing and/or development activities.Key Responsibilities:· Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Plannings, Retrospectives, etc.)· Coach the development team on Agile principles and practices· Remove impediments and build interfaces to ensure the team can deliver high-quality work· Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a well-defined backlog· Observe & take actions to secure workflow efficiency and effectiveness· Foster a culture of self-managing teams, open communication and feedback· Support the team in achieving goals and improving working practices· Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coach to ensure well-functioning tribeWho you are:· Familiar with and interested in Agile practices (bonus points for certifications)· Coaching experience in software development environment (practical experience is valued over certifications)· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Ability to challenge the team constructively and drive positive change· Software development and/or testing backgroundTeam Composition: The squad(s) you will be working with have competences for business analysis, full stack SW development (C#, .NET, Angular) and testing (Robot FW and Cypress for automation).Why Join Us?
