Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to FridayDuration: PermanentLocation: GloucesterJob Ref: 202889About the roleBenefact Group, are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Gloucester office.Are you a Scrum Master who gets Scrum? Are you a Servant-Leader who can facilitate change and drive delivery? Are you someone that can work with small teams, and large programmes?If yes, we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Gloucester, with hybrid working between home and office to suit your routine. This is a key role in our journey to build technologies across our Bespoke Platform and across the business, and you will be working within our Continuous Improvement Team and at Programme level, using the Scrum Framework.In this role, you will Scrum Master a team of Developers and Testers. Delivery is also key in this role, and you will be driving the Delivery process for the team, working alongside Product Owners, System Analysts, Infrastructure, Development and Testing teams, internally and with external suppliers.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing and forward-thinking business, giving you a real opportunity to develop your career and be part of a purpose led organisation.Key responsibilities
