Look no further!About the TeamAs part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organisation in Copenhagen, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to effectively drive agile teams’ improvement and delivery. You will be joining our Scrum Master Center of Excellence under our Delivery Excellence domain working together with other Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and transformation coaches. Being part of a central CoE, you will be assigned to one or more agile teams and work closely with the stakeholders of that domain.Your role as Scrum MasterEnsure execution of roadmaps, priority initiatives and realization of outcomes by empowering and supporting product teams within the area you supportImprove Agile mindset and ways of working in the area you supportCoach and mentor team members, product managers, and leadershipGuide the team in their maturity journey making them a self-sustaining high performingFacilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, iteration planning, demos, and retrospectives, and work closely together with Product Owners on how to refine and prioritize the backlogRemove impediments for the team to make sure that they reach their objectives and deliver the committed business valueWork with leadership on removing reoccurring structural roadblocks and risks, and removing impediments for the team to make sure that they reach their objectives and deliver the committed business valueEnsure that the team is tracking their work, dependencies, and risksBe an active member of the Scrum Master CoE, working together your colleagues to build knowledge and standardize acrossSupport the team capacity planning and budget planningSupport Pandora DevOps transformation in the teamsWhat is needed to succeed2+ years of experience as a scrum master with proven capabilities in Agile methodologies, leadership behaviours, and mindsetExperience in working in scaled Agile set-up with multiple teams collaborating on the same product within SAFe, Spotify or similar modelsExperience in working with teams implementing global solution across multiple marketsServant leadership mindset and great coaching skills, you can empower and educate the team in deliveryThorough understanding and interest in technology and the variety of disciplines and interplays involved in digital deliveryExperience of working with DevOps teams is a plus Jira tooling experience is a plusDid we get your attention?We hope you got all your questions answered and feel confident applying for this position.If you see yourself in the position and would like to become a part of Pandora’s future, please do not hesitate to apply.
