Why do we need you? Our goal is to further embed agile practices into the core of how we work. Your role will be key in coaching our teams to utilize agile processes so that we can deliver our IT solutions efficiently, and in a collaborative way.Location Virum Department Global IT

As a Scrum Master, you’ll be:

• Leading agile teams in applying scrum, and helping to simplify and improve processes and cut complexity

• Facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives

• Collaborating with the Product Owner(s) to manage and refine backlogs, ensuring that the team’s work aligns with the priorities

• Managing team progress and helping to solve any impediments

• Educating team members and stakeholders on agile practices and scrum framework

• You have a master’s degree in computer science, data science or similar

• You have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience facilitating agile teams, preferably from a Scrum Master role

• You are well-versed with Scrum and DevOps practices

• You have experience in building and managing high-performing and self-driven teams by helping cut complexity, optimize processes and enhance collaboration

• Fluency in both spoken and written English
