We’ll Count on You To:

• Agile Coaching and Facilitation: Guide, coach, and motivate teams to increase Agile fluency and adoption; organize and lead Scrum ceremonies; facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution; engage with Agile coaches to identify training needs.
• Project and Scope Management: Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives; ensure progress tracking and communication through Agile metrics; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate activities with other squads across the program; partner with and support Product Owners and Tribe Leads; participate in Scrum of Scrums and collaborate with other Scrum Masters; promote Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.
• Team Empowerment and Support: Remove impediments or guide teams to remove them; empower squads to self-organize and achieve commitments; challenge and enable continuous improvement through data-driven cycles; provide constructive feedback and mentorship; Provide management oversight and/or mentorship to other Scrum Masters

What You Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business Management, or equivalent experience
• Experience in coaching and development of squads and other Scrum Masters
• 5+ years of working experience in various Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, etc.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, a continuous improvement mind-set and dedication to uncovering better ways of working

What Would Make You Stand Out:

• Experience in managing and mentoring people

• In-depth knowledge of Jira and Confluence a plus
• Experience in Behavior Driven Development, Event Storming and User Story Mapping
