We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master / Project Delivery Lead to join our Stavanger team. This is a unique opportunity to work with innovative clients, guiding teams to success through Agile best practices and strong project leadership.These will be your tasks:

• Establish and facilitate agile methods in various teams
• Analyze technical and business issues and find good solutions
• Guide and motivate colleagues in the team to achieve common goals
• Customer dialogue with product owners and other stakeholders at the customer
• Be a driving force to ensure the highest possible value extraction for customers
• Ensure that safety and quality are maintained throughout the development process

• You have experience from projects within modern software development, data analytics or low-code, and have good technical expertise.
• You are forward-thinking and curious about technology and trends and can be a driver of technical innovation both in the team and with customers.
• You communicate well, in both Norwegian and English, with others, and are concerned with real value creation.
• You have a relevant education at bachelor’s or master’s level
