LEO Pharma is seeking a talented individual to join our Development Leadership team as a Search & Development BD Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage Business Development projects within S&D, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. If you have a strong business acumen, excellent project management skills, and the ability to influence and lead teams, this is the role for you!Your Role:As a Search & Development BD Lead, your objective will be to lead and manage Business Development projects within S&D, coordinating S&D’s input and collaborating with various teams to evaluate and execute BD opportunities. You will play a critical role in planning and executing BD activities with high visibility and exposure to senior management.

• Lead S&D related BD Planning and Execution as part of the overall LEO BD programs, ensuring alignment and involvement of relevant areas across S&D.
• Stay updated on industry news and trends to inform strategic priorities and target partnering opportunities.
• Independently manage and prioritize S&D activities in BD processes according to strategic priorities.
• Carry out day-to-day project management tasks, including resource allocation, timeline adherence, internal and external communications, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Represent S&D capabilities and resources in Business Development forums, including Triage and BD SteerCo.

Your QualificationsWe are seeking a highly qualified professional with:

• Master’s degree (MSc) in a Scientific discipline. MBA would be a plus.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical development, regulatory and commercialization, and business practices required to bring drugs to market successfully.
• Program and project management experience in a Search & Development organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive and functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Effective senior stakeholder management.
