Job description
The Embassy of Algeria is seeking to recruit a full-time Secretary. Duties:The position covers a variety of tasks and duties in different areas of the Embassy’s work. Among the duties and tasks are:Handling incoming emails and responding to general inquiries, assisting in general administrative duties, providing secretarial support and performing additional relevant office duties as directed.Education, knowledge & skills:· University degree·Excellent command of Arabic (!) French and English· Competent in computers· Previous experience in administration is preferable but not required· Good communication and interpersonal skills· Teamwork experience, positive attitude and flexibility.
