Our teams enable us to combine global strength across the full real assets’ investment spectrum with a substantial local operating presence.DISCOVER your opportunityThe Asset Manager role is part of a team dedicated to the management and value creation of a large portfolio consisting of logistic assets (through both operational assets and forward sales).The Asset Manager will be a key stakeholder in the management of a large logistic portfolio playing a critical role with the Investors.This role proposes and implements the best value creation strategy for each asset of his / her portfolio and will be responsible for:

  • Define the asset strategy in line with investors’ requirements: growing the portfolio through new acquisitions (mainly forward sales).
  • Prepare annual business plans including action plans and corresponding financial models (DCF), obtain approval from investors or Investment Committee and follow-on the implementation of the action plan
  • Prepare investment memorandums for the acquisitions through forward sales and submit them to the Investment Committee.
  • Prepare, optimise and monitor the asset budget (revenues, opex and capex) with the property managers or asset operators
  • Monitor forward sales and related pre-leasing period and deliveries.
  • Monitor external valuations
  • Monitor asset KPI’s and contribute to reporting of the investors
  • Manage property managers and all external servicers related to the asset
  • Supervise the property, manage tenancy issues, claims and supervise potential lawsuits with legal advisors
  • Collect and analyse all relevant and updated data / documentation at asset level (technical, legal, tax and commercial data) and ensure the legal conformity and the liquidity of assets
  • Propose relevant product evolutions or asset repositioning. Management refurbishment or development programs coordinating with internal and/or external development experts. Set-up and implement ESG action plans.
  • Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders, represent the investor in co-ownership
  • Prepare and manage disposals (data room, valuation, RFP, etc…)
  • Support some investments underwritings led by the Acquisitions teams and on-board new assets

  • Educated degree (business school or real estate degree)
  • RICS accreditation would be a plus
  • Proven track record in real estate, significant experience in an asset & investment manager / property company is required
  • Specific expertise in Logistic asset management/ development
  • Good knowledge of the logistics market and its players
  • Good understanding of legislations and financial techniques related to real estate investments
