Join our clients team to work on cutting-edge security and fire systems across commercial and high-end domestic contracts while contributing to our expanding portfolio.Main Objectives:

• Service and maintain security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Fire systems.
• Support the introduction of fire contracts throughout 2024 and ensure compliance with NSI Gold standards.
• Collaborate on both service and installation projects, contributing to the company’s growth in gates and automatic doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain security systems, including Avigilon, Hikvision, and Concept Pro CCTV systems, as well as ACT, Paxton, and Proginy Access Control systems.
• Work with mostly open protocol fire systems and occasionally Gent systems.
• Install and commission security and fire systems, as required.
• Participate in the on-call engineer rota (currently 1 in 6, moving to 1 in 7).
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain issued company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with reviewing client premises and recommend system improvements where appropriate.
