For our international partner’s Budapest office, we are looking for a dedicated new colleague seeking challenges and a diverse role for the position of:
Security Manager
,
- Collaboration with a multinational partner
- Maintaining communication with the client
- Coordinating and supervising the daily tasks of the security staff
- Overseeing the supervision of personnel traffic
- Monitoring and operating the access control system
- Supervising fire alarm, CCTV, and other security systems
- Preparing reports related to security operations
- Providing constructive suggestions for service improvements
- Professional management of a team of 15–20 people
- Developing and implementing security policies and procedures: This includes physical security, and data protection.
- Implementing global security policies.
- Managing security equipment:
- CCTV system
- Access control system / programming on demand
- Access card handling
- ID Badge printing
- Managing Security Tools & Documentations
- Managing security personnel: Hiring, training, and supervising security guards, managing the monthly work schedule
- Conducting security assessments and audits: Identifying vulnerabilities and recommending improvements to security measures.
- Responding to security incidents: Investigating security breaches, coordinating with law enforcement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintaining compliance with relevant Nokia Security Policies
- Working with other departments: Collaborating with IT, HR, and all departments.
- Collaborating with the partner’s Global Security Team
- Collaborating with local maintenance team and the 3rd parties.
- Flexible handling of every day ad hoc tasks

- Valid security guard license
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of security experience in an office facility
- Leadership experience
- Problem-solving mindset
- Customer focus and service-oriented approach
- Intermediate level English skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Precise, accurate, and independent work style
- Fluent English
