As part of this growth, we’re strengthening our focus on physical security and are looking for a Security Officer with strong technical skills and project management experience.You will join the Reception & Security team within Facility Management, where we work together to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors.In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and external partners, playing a key role in the development of our Security Information Management System. You’ll also work closely with other leads to ensure a coordinated approach to identity management.While the position does not include formal staff management, you are expected to support the team’s well-being and performance in close collaboration with the department manager.Your Primary ResponsibilitiesAs Security Officer, you will be responsible for our Alarm Response Center, overseeing effective alarm response handling and maintaining daily security operations and systems:Access Control: Oversee access control procedures and ensure all entry and exit points are functioning properly.Surveillance CCTV: Monitor the proper operation and performance of CCTV cameras and other surveillance tools.Alarm System Monitoring: Ensure timely alarm response and handling in close coordination with relevant stakeholders within Engineering.Incident Reporting: Ensure all security incidents are documented and that follow-up actions are completed.Security team: Coordinate and support daily tasks and inspection rounds; assess and implement in-house security procedures.Project management of Alarm Response Center: Lead and manage projects related to the development and optimization of the Alarm Response Center.Other Tasks:Participate in the technical responsible group to drive and optimize security projects and processes.Coordinate daily with the external security team to provide support and evaluate security systems, including CCTV, ADK, and AIA.Maintain daily contact and cooperation with relevant stakeholders and duty phone users to handle and coordinate proper alarm responses.Be available for on-call duty during evenings or weekends when needed, for example during emergency events.Your Profile5+ years of relevant experience in a security function, supported by professional training or certifications.Solid experience and understanding of Avigilon and SIMS software, or similar systems, is essential.Experience with alarm handling and response center operations is preferred.Strong technical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.Proficient in MS Office and experienced with security management platforms and related software systems.Well-organized and structured, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and making decisions to improve services and processes.Proactive and self-driven in collaborating with stakeholders to ensure appropriate security levels.Strong communicator and team player with an open, collaborative, and service-minded approach.Fluent in both Danish and English.Your ProfilePlease submit your CV and a short motivation letter.
