Dentsu delivers end-to-end experience transformation (EX) by integrating its services across Media, CXM and Creative, while its business transformation (BX) mindset pushes the boundaries of transformation and sustainable growth for brands, people and society.We’re hiring for a Senior Account Executive to join the team in our Dublin OfficePurpose of the RoleAs a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the strategic media plan & client servicing on a selection of exciting brands within the portfolio You’ll partner with clients, external agencies, as well as internal teams within dentsu to foster great relationships and deliver innovative and impactful data-driven media plans that grow your clients’ brands. You will immerse yourself with the clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, acting as a business advisor to your clients – you will truly be an extension of their marketing team.Key Responsibilities

  • Works collaboratively with colleagues and (where appropriate) local markets across Dentsu to meet client service needs
  • Coordinates activity ensuring projects and plans deliver against objectives and on time/budget
  • Supports Client Manager and wider team with general client liaison and administration
  • Connects with client to support delivery of communication and service.
  • May research new market trends to incorporate into planning.
  • Monitors sales data to measure plan effectiveness flagging issues where appropriate

Qualifications + Skills

  • Marketing experience in a fast paced team environment, any experience in media or from within client/agency is preferable
  • Strong experince in media planning and client servicing
  • Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships
  • Exceptional attention to detail with he ability to multitask and deliver in a high-pressure environment
  • A good understanding of Excel and Powerpoint with a high standard of administration and financial diligence

  • The team is based in our Dublin office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office twice a week but more days will be required in your probation as you get up to speed in your new role.
