Job DescriptionWe are looking for a few great additions to our AI team. Our AI team is located in Copenhagen and consist of 4 skilled data scientist and engineers, who are responsible for all our AI and data science services.As our new Senior AI engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and building AI systems that support our rapidly evolving product suite.We are a growing SaaS company where you will have the opportunity to develop into new roles and competencies as our company and products evolve.Responsibilities

• Be the primary engineering lead on our design, development, and maintenance of our AI system mainly focused on modern LLM, RAGs, GenAI and AI Agents.

Apply your engineering skills and best practices in NLP, GenAI, Image Generation and AI Agents. * Implement and enforce engineering best practices in Python for security, monitoring, and logging, incl. automated testing strategies (unit, integration, performance tests) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Set up monitoring tools to ensure health and to track AI system performance (e.g., feedback from users, model latency).
• Quickly troubleshoot issues in production environments and provide timely resolutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure AI models align with business goals and are integrated into the product effectively.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in AI technologies and cloud services, especially in GenAI, and AI Agents.
• Share knowledge and best practices with other team members to improve the overall technical skill set of the engineering team.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of code, data pipelines, and model integration processes.
• Pet our two office dogs

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise with Generative AI (e.g., GPT-based models, transformers), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models applied in AI agent systems.
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques, including text classification, language generation and tokenization.
• Solid foundation in data science concepts including feature engineering, model evaluation metrics (accuracy, F1 score, AUC), and statistical analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and others for handling data and AI models).
• Extensive Hands-on experience integrating and deploying AI models into production environments with scalable deployment frameworks like Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS services (e.g., Lambda, etc.).
• Expertise with cloud-based AI services like AWS GenAI or similar platforms for deploying machine learning models.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and writing unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests to ensure robust and reliable code.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and infrastructure-as-code tools, we use Terraform
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams, especially with product managers, front-end developers, and data scientists.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
