Location: LuxembourgOur client, a leading global investment firm specializing in alternative investments, is seeking a Senior Officer – Transfer Agency to join its growing team in Luxembourg. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a background in AML, transfer agency, and investor services to develop their career in a dynamic and international work environment.Key Responsibilities

• AML & Tax Due Diligence: Manage AML and tax due diligence processes for new investor onboarding.
• Ongoing Compliance Monitoring: Conduct AML screening and continuous monitoring of investors.
• Investor Registry Management: Maintain investor records in the CRM system, oversee fund registers, and process transfers/conversions.
• Investor Communications: Issue acceptance notices, capital call and distribution notices, and investor reports (capital account statements, quarterly reports, financial statements).
• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit FATCA/CRS reports in compliance with regulations.
• Record Keeping & Procedures: Maintain accurate records and update operational manuals for transfer agency and AML procedures.

Requirements

• Educational Background: University degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an AML or transfer agency role within financial services.
• AML/CFT Knowledge: Strong understanding of AML and compliance regulations.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; German is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and investor record management.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
