We are seeking for a talented business controlling and cost accounting professional in Paper Manufacturing business, Senior Analyst FP&A for Sonoco Finland.We are seeking for a motivated professional with expertise in business controlling and cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment like paper production. The role involves significant work in business controlling with some experience in external accounting. An ideal candidate holds a degree in finance or engineering with experience as a plant controller being advantageous.Your responsibilities will include business control of five plants located in Finland and Central Europe. It will include conducting financial analyses, supporting financial close processes, and engaging in forecasting and planning activities. Capital projects evaluation and analysis are one of your duties. You will assist in training new personnel, ensure compliance with financial projections, and support ERP system implementations. The position requires frequent collaboration with diverse stakeholders.Several years of relevant experience, proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of manufacturing costing are essential attributes. Strong communication skills in English and familiarity with accounting standards are beneficial. The role is dynamic, requiring analytical thinking, business mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.This hybrid position, preferably located in Kotka, offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
