No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.We are looking for a motivated Senior Android Developer to join our team in Hungary.In this position, you will deliver exceptional mobile application solutions using cutting-edge technology.ResponsibilitiesImplement features described in the requirement specifications and design documentsDesign and implement sub-systems or complete solutionsMentor and provide guidance to less experienced team membersConduct thorough and constructive code reviewsTake part in developing native mobile apps using AndroidCollaborate within a distributed global development team to complete initiatives, contributing to architecture and implementation guidanceQuickly understand clients’ requirements, technology needs, and solution architectureWork closely with clients and internal stakeholders in developing optimal solutionsContribute to brainstorming sessions and demonstrate the ability to problem-solve with agilityRequirementsAndroid development skills with 3+ years of experienceHands-on experience with Kotlin and advanced features like Coroutines and FlowsProficiency in Dagger2/Hilt dependency injectionExpertise in Android Jetpack Compose and key libraries like Navigation and WorkManagerKnowledge of mobile application design and UX principlesCompetency in Git for version controlUnderstanding of design patterns (GoF) and application architectureStrong background in MVVM or MVI architecture-driven developmentFamiliarity with Gradle for build automationSkills in unit testing frameworksExperience collaborating in Agile development teamsGood command of English, with an intermediate or higher spoken levelMentorship and team leadership capabilitiesAdherence to SOLID, DRY, and YAGNI coding principlesNice to haveFamiliarity with A/B testing practicesBackground in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of Backends-for-Frontends (BFF) API patternUnderstanding of GraphQL APIsWe offer/Benefits
