We are looking for a structured and analytical fund operations professional for an investment manager with a leading position in the European living sector. This is a unique opportunity to join an AIFM and be part of a dynamic investment group with more than €29 billion of real estate assets. You will contribute to the operational excellence of the manager’s fund mandates, including investor reporting, transaction services and fund administration. The Fund Operations team is based at the headquarters in Oslo and works cross-border with colleagues throughout Europe.Key Responsibilities and Tasks:Investor Reporting & Transaction Services

• Prepare and update investor-facing reports, dashboards, and other performance metrics.
• Support the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports and capital call / distribution notices.
• Update and maintain investor communication tools and portals, ensuring seamless distribution of materials.
• Support ESG data gathering, documentation, and reporting initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant frameworks.
• Ensure all fund-related documentation is accurate, up to date, and consistently formatted.
• Support structuring, establishment and operations of investment holding and property-owning entities.

Manager & Fund Administration

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the fund operations team, including correspondence with fund administrators in Luxembourg/UK and coordination with service providers (e.g., auditors, accounting, IT).
• Oversee the timely handling of invoices, contracts, and other administrative documents.
• Support the manager’s financial reporting, including budgets, forecasts, capital adequacy, and liquidity.

Legal and Compliance

• Assist with drafting agreements, policies, and other key documents, coordinating approvals and maintaining proper records.
• Provide broad support to the fund operations team in compliance, portfolio monitoring, and reporting tasks as needed.

Desired Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following background:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Ideally 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably within alternative investments, private equity mid-office or similar
• Solid financial understanding
• Experience with fund structures and investor reporting is an advantage
• Skilled user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Proficient in written and oral English and Norwegian (professional level).
