We are searching for a new team member to join our growing M&A team in Stockholm! KPMG Corporate Finance, a leading provider of M&A and Valuation Services in Sweden and globally, is currently looking for a new colleague to join us, with the start date to be agreed upon.Who we are?KPMG Corporate Finance is a market-leading advisor within M&A and Valuation Services, both in Sweden and globally. As part of KPMG Deal Advisory in Stockholm, you will join a team of over 100 transaction specialists. Globally, we are more than 8,000 M&A professionals in 84 countries.Our Stockholm team has a strong track record of advising leading Nordic and international clients – including listed companies, private equity firms, and entrepreneurs, across a wide range of industries.What we do?Our M&A team supports clients throughout the full transaction cycle from initial strategic considerations and valuation to transaction structuring, process management, and negotiation. You will play a key role in project execution, including:

• Handling the day-to-day project management of M&A engagements and pitches, including leading preparation of financial analyses and valuation models, as well as marketing materials (e.g. teasers, IMs) and coordination of due diligence processes.
• Supporting client communication and investor dialogues
• Mentoring junior team members and taking ownership of deliverables
• Working closely with more senior colleagues and clients in high-paced environments

• 3-6 years of relevant full time experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Private Equity or similar
• A strong academic background in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Economics
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
• Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Full professional fluency in English and Swedish
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail
