We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Internal Audit team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the continuous improvement and strengthening of our organization. • Perform audits of various areas of RCM, as well as its Austrian and international subsidiaries
• Analyze workflows, conduct interviews, perform data analysis and sample checks to reveal risks and inefficiencies
• Produce concise and structured audit reports
• Keep yourself informed about new regulatory requirements related to the areas of RCM activities
• Continuously monitor and use new market standards and best practices at work

Your core competencies:

• Successfully completed studies in a relevant field (Economics, Mathematic/Statistics) or comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience, sound knowledge of asset management business, including related legal framework
• Good knowledge of internal audit standards and best practices
• Know-how of risk management methodologies and processes, including relevant European regulations
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English
