This is a global role , where you’ll be leading our Azure AD service from their IT Center of Excellence in Madrid, covering over 60 countries worldwide.As the Senior Azure AD Engineer , you’ll ensure that Azure AD stays secure, well-maintained, and aligned with our partners’ agreements and internal security standards. You’ll have a central role in shaping and managing this essential service for our entire enterprise globally.What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with service providers to resolve Azure AD issues, ensuring efficient technical support for escalations.
• Prepare and optimize their infrastructure for seamless cloud operations.
• Keep all services secure by addressing known vulnerabilities promptly.
• Ensure our anti-malware solutions are active and effective across all servers.
• Guide servers through the onboarding process with the Privilege Access Management tool for added security.
• Maintain compliance with internal security standards and group policies.
• Partner with local teams and projects to adjust service use, ensuring it’s the best fit for the needs.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve service delivery.
• Track and manage SLAs and KPIs to meet service contract expectations.

About you

• Proven Experience: You bring at least 2 years of experience in Azure AD service management/ administration and 5 years minimum experience
• Global Perspective: You’re comfortable in large, global environments, familiar with complex business processes and working with teams across various regions.
• Collaboration Skills: You have hands-on experience managing or working closely with outsourcing partners and service providers.
• Educational Background: A degree in Information Systems or a similar field
• Project Savvy: You have education and practical experience in Project Management
• Flexibility to Travel: Occasional travel required
