The company has been awarded numerous times as an excellent employer and family-friendly workplace.Your new RoleAs a Senior Back-End Developer you will be responsible for:

• Play a key role in developing and maintaining Telenor/DNA online and mobile application services, ensuring that they continue to enhance their customer experience;
• Develop and maintain high-quality Back-End Services, using Java and other technologies;
• Implement and integrate REST API’s and Microservices;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features;
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge;
• Identify and solve performance and reliability issues in their applications;
• Work within Agile Methodologies (SAFe, Scrum and Kanban) and contribute to continuous improvement;
• Engage in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization with Docker.

What you will need to succeedAs a Senior Back-End Developer you will need:

• +4 years of experience working in Back-End Development;
• Strong experience with Java technologies and frameworks like Spring Boot;
• Familiarity with React Native, JavaScript and Node.js frameworks (would be a plus);
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL);
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations (Microservices, REST and SOAP);
• Good knowledge about Cloud Services (AWS and Kubernetes) and DevOps tools (Docker and Jenkins) and CI/CD practices;
• Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub and Bitbucket);
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms;
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka);
• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new technical and non-technical skills;
• Wiling to work to benefit a team as a whole;
• Experience from work in a multi-location teams;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Fluency in English.
