Job description
We are now looking for a Senior Backend Developer (Java) who can help us drive this change in claims management in a newly established claims management team.About the service :As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in developing and consolidating claims management capabilities to improve customer experience. You will work in a cross-functional team consisting of UX designer, architect and 3-4 developers, with a clear mission and mandate.We believe you have experience with:
- Microservices architecture in the backend on Java Spring Boot.
- Design of reusable backend services.
- Implementation of and integration with business systems.
- Transfer and consolidation of capabilities, preferably within banking and/or insurance.
- Detail high-level architecture from documents to executable code.
- Technologies such as Kubernetes (preferably Redhat Openshift), Java Spring Boot, microservices architecture.
- 7+ years of work experience as a Backend Developer.
Meritorious experiences:
- Working in a regulated industry such as banking or insurance.
- Event-based architectural patterns.
- Integration with mainframe environments and systems.
- Development on and off a standardized development platform (IDP).
- Experience working according to DevOps and SRE principles.
