No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.We are looking for a talented Senior BI Analysts in Hungary to extend our team of professionals who can help our customers achieving their digital transformation through data in variety of industries.We are passionate about delivering value from data and are searching for people with the same mindset to join our team!ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute elicitation/discovery activities to engage both business and IT stakeholdersDesign and drive stakeholder workshops/interviews to define and prioritize their business needsTranslate business needs into requirements and work with delivery team through the entire project lifecycle (overseeing developments and acting as a Product Owner / Business Analyst)Perform data discovery, data assessment, data profilingPrototype business needs and validate prototypes with business stakeholder before sending to mass production using mockuping / prototyping / data visualization toolsConduct Sprint review sessions or UAT with customer stakeholdersWork in collaboration with customer stakeholders / delivery management / technical leads in design phase of the data products that should address the business needsPrepare post-development / post-production materials to support stakeholders in increasing adoption of deliverables (e.g., trainings / training materials / marketing materials)Requirements3+ years experience in working in data domain on data and analytical projects2+ years experience in working with requirements on BI / Data / Analytical projects (gathering, presenting, estimating, prioritizing, etc.)Good ability translate business needs into data requirements (incl. proficiency in validating and visualizing data requirements to customer)Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery as part of the team (for example data visualization / reporting / BI, advanced analytics solutions) utilizing Agile and waterfall appAbility to use modern data visualization tools for visualizing and prototyping business needsExperience in working with data profiling, data discover tools, using industry best practicesAbility to take ownership for the end-result, and to help developers to get thereGood understanding of Proof of Concept / Minimum Viable Product / Minimum Loveable Product termsExcellent communication skills. Ability to manage customer expectations, present and explain project deliverables to senior stakeholders onsite and offsite. Ability to work individually or in team environment without supervisionExperience in working with business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-usersKnowledge of the data and analytics landscape and recent trendsNice to haveExperience in prototyping data solutionsIndustry expertise (Finance / Insurance / Oil and Gas / Supply Chain / Marketing)Experience in acting as Product Owner / Data Product Owner roles on analytical projectsHands-on experience with one or more wireframing, prototyping tools (e.g., using Figma)Development expertise building data visualizations using Tableau / Power BI / any modern data visualization toolExperience running on-site customer workshopsExperience in working with data on cloud on major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)Math/numerical background with good analytical mindset with, knowledge and understanding of basic data analysis and visualization concepts, understanding of hypothesis testing, data mining, clustering, regressionWe offer/Benefits
