Invest in us and we’ll invest in you!Job DescriptionA Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. They act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT department to ensure that business goals are achieved through effective solutions. Activities include:

• End to end project involvement from leading on workshops through to design and delivery phases.
• Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
• Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents
• Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients
• Benefits mapping and tracking of approved products
• As Is and To Be process mapping
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

QualificationsEssential:

• Significant experience in Business Analysis, with a track record in large scale change and/or technology programmes/projects
• Able to produce business process maps and other functional and business-facing documentation to a very high standard
• Excellent communicator with experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level
• Skilled communication bridge between IT and the business stakeholders, representing business challenges and requirements clearly to technical resources and relevant points of technical designs and constraints to business resources
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall/traditional methodologies
• Pragmatic and results orientated

Desirable:

• Previous experience with integrated HCM, Workforce Management and Payroll solutions.
• Business case writing experience is highly desirable
