If you’d like to learn more about this position and project, apply now.ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze software requirements and turn them into high-quality requirement specificationsProvide mentoring within the team and actively participate in internal knowledge sharing forums, conduct trainingsPlan and establish business analysis activitiesIdentify and manage stakeholdersCollect and analyze software requirements and turn them into high-quality requirement specificationsCreate and maintain detailed project artifacts, technical specifications, prototypes, diagrams and processesVisualize complex solutions, validate and verify solution requirementsCommunicate with stakeholders daily, handle business questions and deliver business answers, translate technical findings for non-technical teams and vice versaMaintain and improve requirement management and/or software development processes through the whole project life cycleRequirements5+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in software development projectsExperience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a projectExperience in gathering and formalization/regulation of requirementsExperience in modeling and analysis of business processes as well as in creating system prototypes and user interfacesSignificant experience with Agile methodologiesSolid knowledge of different software development methodologies (RUP, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)Strong communication skillsAdvanced level of EnglishCreative approach to problem-solvingAnalytical and critical thinkingNice to haveExperience in working on-site with the clientsExperience in financial trading/capital market domainTechnical backgroundWe offer/Benefits
