As a major player in Luxembourg’s finance industry and as a signatory of the UN Principles of Responsible Banking, BIL is committed to handing over a responsible and sustainable bank to future generations.Your next challenge:The Senior Business Analyst Salesforce helps the Salesforce teams in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, understanding the business needs, documentation of Features, Stories and acceptance criteria, making sure the communication between ART stakeholders is smooth. He or she ensures the deliverables of the team are in line with the Product Owner’s objectives.You will:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Agile teams to un-derstand business goals and objectives.
• Define, analyze, and document user requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable Features and Stories for Fusion teams.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to ensure alignment with busi-ness objectives.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as PI, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and release plans.
• Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed changes or en-hancements.
• Perform business process analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects and initiatives.
• Ensure the necessary quality of the deliverables by performing Functional and Ac-ceptance testing.
• Ensure continuous product quality by providing input to the test automation team.
• Train and guide others on the various processes and projects within the team; be able to convince and influence others.
• Innovate and tailor our products and services to meet the evolving demands and preferences of our clients, in line with the Bank’s strategy and target service level.
• Implement and develop a risk scoring system for all products and services, en-hancing the first line of defense.

Your skills:

• Master’s degree in Finance or a related field, or an equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the banking sector, or in a relevant position.
• Fluency in French and English. Any other language is an asset.
• Good understanding of Field Knowledge & Insights, and Data Collection & Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Feasability Assessment, Requirements Definition & Manage-ment, Banking & Financial Knowledge, BIL Products & Services, Business Process Improvement, User Support & Incident Management, Distribution Channels, and UAT Test Definition & Execution.
• More required knowledge : Salesforce (certification is an asset)
• Excellent understanding of Business Situation Analysis, and Methods & Tools.
• Collaborative and flexible mindset with a committed team spirit.
• Effective and structured communication skills, both oral and written.
• Innovative thinking.
• An active, present and accessible enabler.
• Solution-oriented with complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
