This role focuses on conducting a feasibility study on scenario planning methodologies in a complex multi-project environment to enhance capacity planning for SMRA and associated organizations.Key Responsibilities:Lead Feasibility Study:

• Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing scenario planning methodologies.
• Identify gaps and areas for improvement in current capacity planning processes.
• Develop a structured approach to scenario planning in a multi-project environment.

Capacity Planning Optimization:

• Assess how different scenario models can improve resource allocation.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand workload, project dependencies, and risk factors.
• Propose strategies to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Implementation Support:

• Beyond the feasibility study, there is an opportunity to take part in implementing the recommended solutions.
• Work closely with teams to develop tools, frameworks, and workflows for practical application.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the newly introduced methodologies.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in business development, project management, or strategic planning.

• Strong background in scenario planning, forecasting, or risk assessment in a multi-project environment.

• Knowledge of aerospace, defense, or complex engineering projects is highly desirable.

• Ability to analyze, structure, and present complex information clearly.

• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
