Together with your colleagues, you will use your professional skills to design, build and run the best viable solutions for improving our ferry and passenger experience in Europe. This is done in close collaboration with our colleagues in the different business areas. You will be a key player in changing our existing software applications towards our new reference architecture, which is event driven, API first components running in the cloud which, among other things, enable us to release code many times a day.As our new Senior Software Engineer, you shall be ready to take responsibility for:
- Driving and ensuring best practices within your team and help push technology in the teams forward.
- Designing code in C# .Net which is highly available using cloud first.
- Using microservice architecture which leverages reusable components.
- Actively seek to improve code quality and automation.
- Appling SOLID principles and help others to achieve them.
- Engaging, coordinating, and collaborate activities within and across agile teams.

- 4+ years of experience as software developer (C# .NET)
- AWS (e.g., RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda)
- Version control systems (e.g. Azure DevOps and Git)
- Relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Cloud development
- Domain-Driven Design
- Containerization (e.g. Docker and Kubernetes)
- Microservices using REST API & Event Driven Development
- Infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform)
