We are looking for a Senior Claims Handler Property and Liability (m/f/d), based in Stockholm.Your TeamOur team is dedicated to delivering exceptional claims management services while upholding Allianz Commercial Claims Standards. We collaborate closely to ensure high-quality service for our internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships with brokers and clients.The Impact You Will HaveAs a Senior Claims Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing standard claim types in both lead and following capacities. You will ensure compliance with established authority limits and procedures, while utilizing third-party service providers to achieve efficient outcomes. Your expertise will guide the team and contribute to the overall success of the claims process.Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Claims Processing and Administration: Handle all standard claim types, maintain accurate records in Allianz Commercial systems, and support the credit control process in collaboration with Underwriting and Accounts.

• Investigation and Reserving of Claims: Investigate claims, assess coverage, determine reserving levels, and direct independent external service providers.

• Settlement: Settle claims through payment or denial, negotiate competitive outcomes, and support subrogation processes.

• Referrals and Compliance: Ensure claims handling adheres to authority limits and Allianz Commercial Claims Standards, preparing necessary documentation for referrals when required.

• Market Management and Coaching: Assist in acquiring new business and retaining existing clients, provide training and support to junior team members, and engage with industry functions.

• Relationship Management: Represent Allianz Commercial positively in the market, collaborate with various functional areas, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring to the RoleAt least 3 years of claims handling experience in the area of Property and/or Liability expertise.
