The RoleThe purpose of this role is to lead our clients professionally through complex global employee survey projects.On Senior Project Manager (i.e. Senior Consultant) level, you will be part of our EMEA KF Listen Delivery team and work primarily with European clients who are identified as key accounts.Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for handling multiple large sized, complex projects, throughout the whole project lifecycle from kick-off to project closure ensuring that scope, timing, resources and client expectations are managed
- Responsible for high quality of all client deliverables and project documentation and act as a central coordinator for all requests and activities to deliver successfully to the client
- Responsible for coordinating and collaborating with client and Korn Ferry team members and other stakeholders; sharing issues, mitigating risks, communicating regularly and leading meetings
- Responsible for overall project profitability, forecasts and preparing invoices
- Develops and coaches more junior colleagues and contributes to best practice materials and continuous improvements
Skills and Experience
- Education in International Business Administration, HR, Market Research, or IT preferred. Additional formal education (e.g. Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences) a real advantage
- Track record of successfully managed complex projects according to defined KPIs and aligning several different project team members
- Thorough understanding of administrative and project management processes and documentation standards
- Ability to build trust, develop/maintain relationships and be confident to challenge and influence senior people with clients and consultants at all levels.
- Ability to hold informed and credible discussions articulating how Korn Ferry can help address the client’s needs
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with a strong customer service ethic and quality mindset
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable team player; passionate about working in an international and culturally diverse context and team
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English,
- further languages a plus (ideally German, Spanish, French, or Arabic)
