Join our dynamic team in Helsinki and contribute to impactful projects within the Financial Services Industry.Key Responsibilities:As a Senior Consultant in our Financial Risk Management team, you will work within project teams to provide expert advisory services to our clients. Depending on your experience and expertise, your responsibilities may include supporting our clients in projects related to:

• Design, development, and implementation of risk policies, procedures, and strategies across various financial risk types, including credit, market, and liquidity risks.
• Risk modelling and validation, as well as model risk management.
• Comprehensive end-to-end credit risk management and control.
• Capital management and stress testing.
• Asset-liability management strategies and models.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
• Risk data strategy and infrastructure, designing & implementing solutions for data integration and governance.

You are proactive, eager to take on challenges, and committed to enhancing your skills and expertise.To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience from a leading consulting firm or the financial services industry.Additionally, it would be advantageous if you have:

• A relevant academic background (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering).
• An understanding of financial risks and the regulatory landscape in financial services.
• Experience in developing risk frameworks and assessment methodologies.
• Programming skills for risk modelling and/or data management.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Fluency in Finnish is a plus.

A broad understanding of the financial services industry is an advantage.Please note that this position is based at the Helsinki office.
