We’re on an ambitious journey to become global leaders in medical dermatology.To support this mission we are looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Pharma Law team.In our Pharma Law Departmen we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.In this position you will act as a trusted advisor to the Commercial organization.Your roleYou act as global legal lead for designated asset/product/medical teams and ensure that efficient, highly qualified and business oriented legal advice is provided to all stakeholders:

• Review and provide risk-intelligent advice on promotional and non-promotional materials and activities;
• Advise on commercial strategies and tactics;
• Negotiate and draft agreements;
• Dispute handling and resolution; provide advice on how to handle any actual or potential disputes;
• Manage and coordinate relations with external lawyers including follow-up on budgets;
• Conduct training of non-legal colleagues;
• Development, drafting and maintenance of guidance, policies and contract templates within area of responsibility.

Your qualificationsTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Master of Laws; preferably admitted to the bar (possibly surrendered) or Master of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Law
• Strong professional legal skills; solid understanding of marketing – and healthcare compliance within pharma industry
• Experience from top-tier private law firm and/or pharmaceutical industry or other R&D heavy industry/sector; +3 years
• Solid negotiation and drafting skills; proven ability to work in a multicultural work setting
• Strong commercial understanding
