Senior Credit Administrator:The Credit Administrator is responsible for supporting the credit and lending function of the bank by ensuring the efficient processing, documentation, and maintenance of Ag credit files. This role serves as a critical link between loan officers, underwriting, and operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Key Responsibilities:Credit Documentation & Review:Prepare, review, and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.Ensure that all credit files are maintained according to bank policies and regulatory requirements.Monitor loan covenants, borrowing bases, insurance requirements, and financial reporting schedules.Credit Analysis Support:Assist in gathering and organizing financial data for loan applications and renewals.Input and update credit information in banking systems and databases.Provide support for credit memos and internal reporting.Compliance & Risk Monitoring:Ensure compliance with all internal controls and regulatory standardsTrack and report exceptions, past due financial statements, and other credit-related issues.Administrative Duties:Maintain records of loan approvals, modifications, and renewals.Coordinate with legal and collateral departments for perfection and release of security interests.Support internal and external audit requests as needed.Customer Service:Serve as a point of contact for loan officers and relationship managers regarding documentation and credit file issues.Respond to internal and external inquiries related to credit administration.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.5+ years of experience in credit, credit administration, loan operations, or related banking role.Knowledge of credit principles, lending regulations, and loan documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and core banking systems.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.Preferred Skills:Experience with Ag lending documentation.Familiarity with credit analysis software and CRM tools.Understanding of banking regulations including BSA, AML, and CRA.To Apply:
